(CNN)A federal judge in Florida struck down on Monday the Biden administration's mask mandate for airplanes and other public transport methods.
US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said the mandate was unlawful because it exceeded the statutory authority of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and because its implementation violated administrative law.

We, too, cancelled our planned March trip to Hawaii for the same reason — ridiculous airline and airport requirements as well as the ridiculous requirements in Hawaii (which have since been relaxed).
Better late than never, I suppose.

Ironically, the airlines themselves are wanting to drop the mandate but they will not go against Uncle Sugar despite the ruling from this Judge.

The airline can require it regardless of what the judge says. If it’s a problem for you DRIVE or find another airline.

Don’t worry, Biden’s handlers will find another judge to counter this ruling.
