Day one of the next Congress, Hunter’s laptop gets put into the Congressional Record. Biden should be impeached within a week or two.

I’m not certain that what a Congressperson puts into the Congressional Record can actually be censored. The Judicial Branch has no legal authority to touch or impede it in any way. The publishers of the Congressional Record, however, DO have a legal obligation to publish this information.
So, what will happen?
