That we will continue providing Ukraine with weapons for their self defense. And that If Ukraine is not successful at defending their country with the weapons we are providing, then we will either get directly involved to defend the Ukrainian territory OR provide Ukraine with nuclear missiles to replace those they gave up.

Depends on what you mean by "come to Ukraine's aid".

There's enough wiggle room in the memorandum to enable Putin to do what he wants, as long as he doesn't use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
