The Pennsylvania example in that article, mentions that the state is evenly split 50/50 in terms of statewide voting, which is not inaccurate, but the state is only 50-50 voting Republican Democrat, because Philadelphia which has typically over 1 million votes, votes about 98% democratic.
So the original redistributing is more accurate to the actual people itโ€™s supposed to represent to individual congressional districts.
Let Filthadelphia and Pitt have their D districts and the rest of the state have theirs. A 9-9 split is bullish!t when 90% of the state is conservative!!!!!!

The problem is weak-kneed weak sister Republican lawmakers, and that has always been the case. At least in y lifetime.
