It was one cop, who was afraid, but his response was way over the top. Shot him in the back of the head as he was wrestling with him.
A lawbreaker, caught while escaping, remains uncooperative, fights back, tries to disarm the cop...and the cop’s reaction of self-defense is “over the top”.
Watched the whole video as well. To your comment - Nope - Cops error was not waiting for backup, not sure what was possible in that instance. Wrestling with an officer and grabbing a weapon is potential surrender of life. Both morons were acting dumb on purpose or high as a kite.
I couldn’t get the video to load (not surprising, given that my computer was made in the 1950s).
Did the suspect have his hand on the cop’s taser? And did the cop yell for the suspect to let go of the taser?
As I noted earlier, I’m not pro-police anymore. But if the answer to either of those questions is yes, it would seem to me that cop was in fear for his life. A taser can, of course, incapacitate someone. And then after that, the cop loses control of his gun. Game over.

If the perp got the taser, he could immobilize the officer, take his gun and shoot him or someone else. Deadly force by the officer is justified.
Taser was fired twice. If the perp gets the tazer, now you have a criminal who has incapacitated a police officer, with access to the police officer’s pistol. I don’t know what the various regulations and SOPs are, but that police officer is fighting for his very life, a kill-or-likely-be-killed situation. If what the officer did is illegal, the law is unjust.
Did you hear the morons holding the cell phone? Was that English? Was it even language, at all? No, it was basically guttural grunting. We have a huge problem in this society. A large portion of the population are bestial and continuing to devolve. The institutions that used to carry our civilization from generation to generation no longer serve that function. Rather, they've become agents of the decline and destruction. We'd best work for the reclamation of those institutions, culture and the whole of western civilization before it's too late.
My take was that he squeezed the trigger when he shouldn’t have, but was under considerable physical and mental duress at the time. I don’t think he meant to kill him, but that won’t matter.
