I’m not sure how long, 90 seconds maybe? From the time the perp got out of the car, to the attempted tase, to the gun being drawn. Then the obligatory coverage of blm type protestors out already. If they had jobs they wouldn’t be out so fast to protest.
It is possible, (likely), that the cop accidentally fired his weapon. I saw a short clip, and I’m not a police officer. As a citizen, it’s my opinion that if the cop intentionally shot the perp in the back of the head, that’s too much. But, I can’t know intention from what I saw.
