It's the 14th there.
Ukrainian forces seemingly had a very well planned strategy to destroy the Moskva cruiser. They planned to distract the ship with a TB2 drone before shooting the Neptune missiles. They practiced this tactic earlier in the week with a smaller ship to see reaction & response times.

maintenant où ai-je mis mon sabot?
No speak frog.
Russian source is saying the Moskva has sunk and that the explosion was from a Ukrainian Neptun missile strike. Apparently, Ukraine flew a TB2 UCAV to distract the ship while it was targeted by the Neptun. The ship rolled onto its side after the strike.

I wonder how good Russian damage control is. (Rhetorical)
Uke’s are outgunned, but unquestionably have fought the smarter war.
But Scott Ritter, in between diddling kiddies, assured us Ukraine is finished and its all just a mop up operation.
Now the sea is mopping up the roasted remains of dead Russkies as the ship sinks.
Ship has sunk and the already and the sailors are dead.
Putin is pissed about this. I have a bad feeling that everything is about to escalate. Like our ‘Remember The Arizona’ moment, this is going to be their ‘Remember The Moskva’ moment.
Gonna have to wait and see.
“I wonder how good Russian damage control is. (Rhetorical)”
I would not know from experience, but I imagine Russian damage control is every bit as good as Russian maintenance is said to be.
Russian aquatic apes and land-based apes are in a perpetual state of frenzied, murderous rage, with or without the sinking of their flagship.
Well...... since you put it that way!!!!
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. /s
Have you found somewhere where the fatalities and any survivors are numbered? On a human level, I feel sorry for any sailor from any side who is trapped in a burning ship, but I am glad this ship has been eliminated from Putin’s service (Putin and his henchmen). I imagine Russia cannot easily afford to replace such a ship.
Maybe Putin’s fiasco in Ukraine will do for his regime what the fiasco in Afghanistan eventually helped to do for the Soviet Union.
An SS-N-19 Shipwreck couldn’t possibly have leaked turbojet fuel and been ignited by a sailor’s negligence.
Nah.
Kursk was a psyop. /s So was the Losharik fire. /s/s
The USN set fire to the Bonhomme Richard just to one-up the Russians. /s/s/s
