If the Ukrainians use nukes, they put a great big bulls-eye
on themselves, for people to use them on them.
This isn’t the 1950s and the beginning of the nuclear age.
A number of nations have them. One of them is blustering
right now. Given cover and a tiny excuse, I think he
could likely use them.
I don’t wish harm on the citizens of Russia. I don’t want
more harm to befall the Ukrainians either.

We need an international ‘black force’ , of true ‘good guys’ , than can play rough with the hard guys. Plausible deniability , not associable to any particular state or organization.
