Wednesday on CNN’s “At This Hour,” network national security analyst Juliette Kayyem argued against referring to the New York City subway station shooting as an act of terrorism.

Frank James was taken into custody for the shooting that injured more than two dozen people and is expected to be facing a terrorism-related charge.

The Jan. 6 “domestic terrorists” were unarmed, but one of them, Ashli Babbit, was shot and killed without justification by a black cop (who faced no consequences for killing her), and another white woman was beaten to death by a black female cop (who also suffered no consequences for the killing). I don’t recall the second woman’s name offhand—that case got much less publicity.
