John, he can indeed exploit wind and solar, after they fail to supply the demand. For both are not reliable sources, they fail on cloudy days and nights, and windless days & nights.

John F’ing Kerry is making big bucks off the American taxpayer by charging double or triple rental rates for his personal jet and is being paid a tremendous sum and expenses to run around promoting green energy.
John Hanoi Kerry may have been on shore at Viet Nam but his service is questionable.

Taranto first used the phrase in 2002 before the election season had begun. I think it really caught on after James Corsi and John O'Neill published their 2004 book "Unfit For Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry" where they exposed Kerry as a complete fraud and lying about his VN experiences. At the time, Kerry himself at every speech was always saying that he served in VN. Corsi and O'Neill exposed that lie and it was downhill for Kerry after that. (It is a great book, by the way!)
Taranto knew the truth about Kerry's "service" and derided him mercilessly for his nonstop braggadocio about being in VN.
Taranto always used the complete hilarious phrase (and many variations of it) "haughty, French-looking Massachusetts Democrat, who by the way served in Vietnam." "Haughty" and "French-looking" were derived from some Kerry speeches, but I don't remember the details. Taranto's writing never failed to crack me up.
