Yelp, Inc (YELP.N) said on Tuesday it will cover expenses for its employees and their dependents who need to travel to another state for abortion services starting next month, making it the latest U.S. company to offer similar benefits to its workers.

The crowd-sourced review platform for restaurants and other businesses will provide travel benefits to its U.S. employees who need to travel out of states like Texas and Oklahoma that have restricted access to abortion services.

Huh. Guess we need an amendment to the Constitution banning abortion.

Then Yelp can send their employees to Mexico to murder their babies.

Will they post reviews of how the baby murders went?

Yup, that fits the Yelp “quality” I’ve seen on my local area here. About as helpful and believable as a CNN broadcast.

Shove it, Yelp. I’m actually glad that you are paying your employees not to reproduce. Helps the gene pool immensely.

Another example of business bowing to gynosociety.

Somehow it seems a fitting commentary on our self-indulgent culture - an entertainment and restaurant booking website offering abortion travel to its employees

Yelp is absolutely worthless. Reviews are often done by people with vendettas against the company. And often company employees post glowing recommendations to themselves. Add in the professional Black PR companies that get hired to run vicious ad campaigns and internet reviews largely become worthless.

Yes, this sounds like a bad incentive.

Forget the condom and you get a free holiday at your employer’s expense.

Pure “virtue signaling”...they don’t have any offices in TX or OK. (And now they don’t have their app on my phone either).

Yelp is peaked. Reviews dont mean as much as they use to because many are fake and some negative reviews are personal gripes or from competitors.

Yelp was once a good idea, overtime became trash. Yelpers over time became faux pretentious wokesters. I mean really, why do you need need to write a overly wordy, pompous manifesto because you ate pho at the local Vietnamese place? And then it became infested with neck beard woke hipsters and pinks haired Karens during covid.
