If there isn’t massive non-compliance this time then they deserve what they get.
Why does *anyone* think that these people have any right to demand you put on a mask because they say “more cases”? They don’t work, they can’t prove they do, the onus is on them to prove they do...so get lost! ...all for a virus that now causes a few sniffles - and if you’re in a risk group, get another shot if you want - but it is time to LEAVE ME ALONE.
This is so unconstitutional it’s not funny.
Is anybody resisting this? Somebody needs to start a movement to “just say no” on the mask idiocy.
I don’t live in Philly...I live in the Free State of Florida, which is getting freer by the minute. It was all thanks to our Governor, because many of the mayors resisted when he said it was time to open up and kept imposing their local mandates, which had to be legally challenged one by one. And the party didn’t matter...some of the localities had Dem mayors, and some had RINOs (who of course hate DeSantis). But he kept after them.
PA doesn’t seem to have a supportive governor. So these “mandates” are only going to be stopped by public protest and push-back. I hope there’s somebody somewhere in Philadelphia who’s planning on hitting the streets in protest.
A lot of time, leaders are unlikely people, the last ones you thought would do it, so you never know.
