Two Buffalo police officers were justified in pushing a 75-year-old activist who suffered a skull fracture, an arbitrator ruled nearly two years after the incident.
Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalsk had no other course of action than to push away an approaching Martin Gugino, 75, when he was objecting to a protest curfew.
Gugino had been protesting police June 4, 2020, just days after the death of George Floyd.

Amen, when I turned 50, I told my family and friends that “I refuse to talk to or listen to any liberals bad mouthing my country, church, family/friends!”
At first my wife, rector and some moderate church members didn’t believe me until they saw me shun someone or tell them, “I’m not interested in your B$. Just leave me alone.”
By the time I was 60, most friends, family members and the above not only agreed with me. They were developing the same exclusionary rules I had.
Now, I’m 83 and my same rules apply with zero tolerance to liberals. They can stand on a street corner and yell and scream, send hate stuff on the internet and the local news swipes. That is their right as Americans (key words):. “As Americans!”
