When I first scrolled through the story and saw the pics, I thought the mother was the transgender.
Mom is just too thin, which of course all rich women have to be.
But I bet she’s had body dysmorphia over the years and probably thought of herself as fat, went in for extreme dieting or even surgery, etc. Anorexics think of themselves as the dreaded “fat,” even though they’re skin and bones. It’s a response to what they perceive as social expectations.
I think her daughter my be reflecting this same skewed perception of herself and her body, just in a different way. In fact, I think you’d find that a lot of supposed “transgenders” are playing out some body issue that their mother had, in addition to responding to social expectations.
I didn’t get to see, because I had finally had it with the cookie crap. I couldn’t bring myself to give permission allowing the rather long list of cookie businesses access to my computer for their purposes.
No big loss and the family Disney can still deal with their issues, while some of us will try to understand the “theme” in theme park.
