Well which war mongering country provoked it? I don’t blame the Russians at all for acting upon their security needs against their now hostile neighbor.

Putin invaded to rebuild his Russian Empire not because of "security needs" or because he was "provoked". Ukraine is not a threat to Russia.

Germany is being squeezed but there are business interests backed by powerful politicians here in the US like the energy industry that win when Russian natural gas is shut out of Europe.

Ted Cruz and others who beat their chests about “energy security” reap benefit from Russia and Ukraine.

Trump increased energy production to keep prices down.

Biden’s world means higher prices and profits for US energy giants.

“No, only Ukraine. Because if Ukraine wasn’t corrupt, the Russians wouldn’t have been obliged to rape her.”

Precisely. It started with corrupt Washington. This war could have been prevented. It’s the end of the Biden coverup story that will play out over the next few years.

Joe said, ‘You’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in’ — I think it was about six hours — I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch — he got fired.”

Let me guess:

Russian security services trying to suppress German resistance, by triggering woke PC guilt about being something-phobic?

They have been manipulating German opinion for decades with false flag protest groups (Disarmament, anti-nuke, Green) for decades, including the whole time that Putin served in Germany as a KGB officer.

Its unlikely that they would pick a time like this to quit.

This is real. A Russian woman in the US actually killed her child because she was afraid that he was going to be persecuted for being Russian. The US government has been urging the cancelling, firing and shunning of Russians and Russian businesses.

It’s unprecedented - well, maybe there’s a precedent in the Japanese internments . Except we really were at war with Japan. And a lot of German immigrants or even established German American families, perfectly loyal Americans, changed their names because there was also massive hysteria against them. It’s not pretty and it’s even less so when it’s encouraged by your own government and media.

A potential NATO base on Ukrainian soil is certainly a threat as were the biolabs, I don’t know how you can pretend otherwise unless of course you’re a Ukraine shill (which you obviously are).

If Russia is going to act like an aggressive barbarian to its neighbors, do not be surprised when all of Russia's neighbors join NATO. How you do not understand this to be the result of Russia's actions is beyond me.

Finland poised to request NATO membership as early as May

Good point. If they weren’t a slush fund for Democrats and fired prosecutors trying to root out corruption then they wouldn’t be in this position.

How sad.

Yet, this shows an uncomfortable truth about Russia. Often times, throughout the history of the country, the people have still supported their leader no matter what. No matter how cruel, no matter how much they violated the rights of Russians, and no matter how much they stole, they still enjoyed support among many Russians.

Russians care about one thing only-being recognized as a “great” power. Any “dear leader” that promises to keep or restore that status is A-OK by many Russians. No matter what they do.

During unification, West Germany was taken over by communist East Germany (hence the filthy, vomitus, quisling Gerhard Schroder and Angela Merkel).

Germany has not had a pro-American Chancellor since Helmut Kohl twenty years ago.

That's pretty much accurate.

And how you don’t understand that this war is a direct result of US provocations (via its Ukrainian proxy) is beyond me.

Maybe we should rape them ourselves. Or at least hold their feet while Russia does the dirty work.

You don’t think Biden is already doing that?
Financial assistance at this stage is mere window dressing and the sanctions haven’t even stopped the Russian flow of oil... To anywhere. The weapons we’re contributing will only lead to a war of attrition that lasts for years.
The USA has been kissing Putin’s ass behind the scenes to try to push through their ridiculous Iran nuclear deal for a second time. But I suppose we’re just helping Israel the same way that we are helping Ukraine.

Your geriatric senile president is a laughing stock and fool who is being smacked around like Chris Rock on the international stage.

Are these people really “pro-Putin” or “pro-war,” or are they just complaining about harassment they are receiving for being Russian? The way the media constantly blur distinctions about almost everything forces me to ask the question.

China wins if the US is passive towards Russia, and loses if the US continues to oppose the Russian invasion. NATO/Western solidarity against Russia sends a very strong signal to China that it is likely to face the same should it decide to become militarily aggressive in the Western Pacific.

If the US had taken the passive approach towards Russia advocated by many here, China would have assumed that it had a green flag to take out Taiwan and anything else it happened to covet in that part of the world
