This is exactly why I have no faith in the courts to do what's right. Once again a small 3 judge panel is trying to decide what's best, and of course a panel with two Clintoon appointees is selected. Unless this goes back to the full 5th Circuit and itself gets overturned, and persecution will ramp up again.

And this ruling only covers federal employees, what about contractors? You see, this whole thing is big cluster f$$$ brought to us by the incompetent buffoon inhabiting the WH and his handlers.
