NEW ORLEANS -- President Joe Biden’s requirement that all federal employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 was upheld Thursday by a federal appeals court.
In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court and ordered dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the mandate. The ruling, a rare win for the administration at the New Orleans-based appellate court, said that the federal judge didn’t have jurisdiction in the case and those challenging the requirement could have pursued administrative remedies under Civil Service law.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown, who was appointed to the District Court for the Southern District of Texas by then-President Donald Trump, had issued a nationwide injunction against the requirement in January.

My wife's neuropathy became noticeably worse after becoming vaccinated. Then, she still got Covid. Meanwhile, I was with her the entire time unvaccinated and didn't get sick.
The majority of my local extended family was vaccinated...didn't matter. Still got Covid.

That stuff is magic. there are other herbal remedies you might try. but please, no matter what, do not get any more insecticide injected into you. Are they going to try to make you take it again?

In my group of acquittances the younger ones have far more adverse effects. There are a number of discussions out there as to why the young are having worse outcomes.

Yes I have looked at VAERS reports. Out of 255 Million Americans jabbed, less than 0.02% (which is a large number because the base is huge) have experienced serious adverse effects including death.
But I always value my OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE over news media or anonymous posters or government.
I disliked Grammar in junior school.
My favorite subjects were calculus, trigonometry, physics, chemistry, zoology and geography.
My sympathies are with you. I simply stated my own personal experience, I hope you do not object to my posting.
My daughters are age 30 and 28, their husbands are 34 & 28.
All had 3 jabs and no one had serious side effects.
Out of the 255 million Americans jabbed, 0.02% have experienced serious side effects which amounts to 51,000 people, which is a large number by itself but not large statistically.
I don’t see how they get away with this. Everyone should walk out and quit. Shut it the eff down and let a-holes in charge figure it out. Maybe they’ll actually do something akin to work then
