If I remember correctly, his approval rating in Kentucky at the time he was re-elected was only 39%. So he doesn’t Seth to care about that constituency very much.
I think it’s because one year I remember him steering 4.5 Billion Dollars towards Kentucky’s way....and, IIRC, this was during one of the times Republicans weren’t in charge. I chalked it up to his “it’s okay to be second” amenable attitude towards Democrats.
That ‘club’ is nothing but millionaires and buddy-buddies who slap backs and schmooze at parties, get-togethers, and figure out ways to make themselves rich.
