The GOP is doing next to nothing about running against the tyranny. They are the “do nothing, mugwump party.” But at least when they enrich themselves and stifle their criticism of the Democrats, they generally leave us alone. Romney and company are the dangerous ones.
Hispanics are our best hope. They are becoming very much like Italians. They are not demanding and spoiled like the black Democrat voters. Democrats are doing a great job of chasing family oriented hispanics away. And they are far more gender conservative than whites these days.
Good observation. That's my experience where I live also. It was quite heartening to hear Mexican immigrant restaurant owners complaining to me about how our city's COVID restrictions were an infringement on the Constitution.
