John Durham, Michael Sussmann, and the Broader Clinton Conspiracy
Techno Fog ^ | 4/5/22 | Techno Fog

There was a flurry of filings in the Michael Sussmann case late yesterday. Here’s the latest.

On September 19, 2016, DNC/Clinton Campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann met with FBI General Counsel James Baker, where Baker was provided with data and “white paper” purporting to show covert communications (since proven to be bogus) between Russian Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization.

As it turns out, Sussmann was billing the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Alfa Bank hoax. This text from Sussmann to Baker is damning for Sussmann’s case, proving Sussmann’s efforts at deceiving a top official at the FBI about his clients, and demonstrating how Sussmann tried to convince Baker he was there to supposedly do the right thing.

Notes (produced by Durham) taken by Assistant FBI Director Bill Priestap and former FBI Deputy General Counsel Trisha Anderson – taken in their conversation with Baker after his Sussmann meeting – help corroborate Baker’s recollection of Sussmann’s lies:

I have not really paid much attention to this in quite awhile as I hate having my nose rubbed in it. I’ve felt all along that Durham was merely one of Barr’s complicit stooges and have a hard time understanding why this wasn’t shut down a year ago.

Is it deceiving the FBI when the FBI wants you to lie to them?

When push comes to shove...possibly when the GOP takes the House and/or the Senate...Durham will find a horse’s head in his bed.

Defense lawyers love it when their clients say there is no evidence of what they said to someone-so they tell the judge that no such evidence exists-then the prosecutor shows up with a text message written by the client that says EXACTLY what they claim it didn’t say!

Yeah, I agree. Sussman is nothing. I just don’t see the point in continued grand jury testimony and investigation. I assumed this guppy would have been the fall guy (probation) and the “investigation” put to bed. Did this new stuff even warrant a Hannity “Boom”?

The DOJ regulations on appointment of a spcial counsel say the office must be filled with somebody outside of government.

Barr didn’t follow the regulation. Durham won’t do any substantial damage, in large part because it is legal for the government to overthrow the people.

“This is small potatos.”

Really?? In conspiracy cases yuo start with one or two easy cases and build. All along the line there are a few willing to cooperate and provide evidence and hopefully, in time, a crescendo, and the dream target’s head is in the noose. These cases don’t play out on a segment of “Cops.

Sussmann has the law firm Perkins Coie behind him. It’s unlikely he’ll talk because it’s likely he’ll only get a slap on the wrist.

Barr put Duran in there to damage the RAT brand and help the RINOS in 2024 win. They figured Trump would not be there in 2024 (taken out by phony rat investigations) or be damaged goods and not able to win in the primary against their RINO(s).

Clinton really needs to get the Human Fund charity rebuilt after it mysteriously and for no apparent reason folded due to lack of donations about 5 microseconds after Trump monkey stomped her. These lawsuits will nickel and dime her into bankruptcy

I don’t profess to have any idea who the actual black hand who was moving Barr and his henchmen around the board was. The only reason I can come up with for this still going on is that that black hand wants to have a kill switch for a possible Clinton ‘24 run. Come to think of it, there is one prominent black hand behind the curtains.

“In conspiracy cases yuo start with one or two easy cases and build. All along the line there are a few willing to cooperate and provide evidence...”

That strategy works when the “easy cases” are stuff like drug trafficking or murder that carry huge sentences on their own so that the perps are highly motivated to cooperate. Not so much for stuff like lying to the feds that hardly ever carries jail time.
