Can anyone name the top 3 things the U.N. has done to maintain peace and security in The Ukraine and to punish Putin under international law?

If not, this farce should be summarily disbanded.

Pro what you are forgetting here is that, in their minds, some nations have more sovereignty than others, equally of course. The good-old-boys club decided at a meeting, chaired by Russia of course, that the Ukraine wasn't quite an equal member and that the Uke women and children were simply useless eaters.
