Black Lives Matter Global Network, once the crown jewel of the Democrat Left, has become a major embarrassment that should cost the Democrats a lot of House and Senate seats this November—but only if the Republican Party does not squander the opportunity the way it squandered it in 2020. That was when it came out that BLM was campaigning openly against Donald Trump while accepting 501(c)(3) tax exempt money via ActBlue Charities, and with Thousand Currents and then the Tides Foundation as its fiscal sponsor. 501(c)(3) resources cannot be used to influence an election.
The RNC could have used this issue to evoke public revulsion against this abuse of voters' and donors' trust and support, and specifically the perception of voters and donors that they were supporting civil rights as opposed to a political campaign funded with charitable contributions. The RNC's failure to do this is why Joe Biden is now able to advance his dysfunctional domestic agenda which includes:
(1) carbon taxes and derailment of fossil fuel while gasoline, electricity, and home heating costs are skyrocketing,
(2) hidden taxes on middle class investors through a higher corporate income tax, and
(3) attacks on the Second Amendment.
If you have mutual funds or an IRA, a higher corporate income tax is a tax on you even if you make less than $400,000 a year. We have met "the corporations" and they are us.

For those of us who watched some of the riots during the summer recall when unmarked cars with military style persons arresting certain people on the streets then they were not heard from again.

Obama, via Lois Lerner, blocked groups from being formed based on their political views.
Under Trump and now Biden, the gov’t turned a blind eye to political groups that violated election laws based on their political views.
The system is so far rigged against us at this point that there is no going back without firing every gov’t employee first and starting over....and we all know that will not happen. This nibbling around the edges is completely impotent in face of the monster that formed right under our noses.

Good point I hadn’t thought of that angle.
But something else to consider is that both orgs have fallen a part. BLM is leaderless and recently taken over by Mark Elis, HC lawyer, and Antifa seems to be unheard from.
George Floyd was killed with no evidence of racism. The world riots, burns and its axis changes in a few areas.
When an open CRT racist is put on the Supreme Court, nothing. Some Republicans even help.

In case people haven’t been paying attention, the RNC is a one-world government globalist elite organization.
The RNC colluded with DNC, CCP, CIA, DOJ, BLM, AntiFa, George Soros, Zuckerbergs, Clintons, etc, to steal the 2020 election to remove President Trump and install the Biden crime family.
They’re not going to change now. Don’t donate ANY money to them, donate directly to your candidates.
Biden’s team will jump right on this. Maybe even issue them a fine.
Typical setup for corruption. Capitalize on an emotional issue and misappropriate using lawyers. Not the 1st time.
