Satellite images show bodies lay in Bucha for WEEKS - disproving Russia's wild claims that more than 400 corpses were brought in AFTER Putin's troops left the Ukrainian town in a massive hoax

Satellite images which show dead bodies lining the streets of Bucha weeks ago appear to have debunked Russian claims that they were placed there after their troops left the Ukrainian commuter town.

Authorities in Ukraine said the bodies of at least 410 civilians have been found in areas outside of Kyiv - specifically in the town of Bucha - after last week's withdrawal of Russian troops.

Horrific images show many civilians with bound hands, close-range gunshot wounds and signs of torture. A growing number of world leaders have voiced outrage and called for tougher sanctions against Moscow.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov dismissed the accusations that Russian troops committed the atrocities as a 'staged provocation' but has yet to provide the 'empirical evidence' he says proves they are not responsible.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defence issued a lengthy statement which said no civilians had suffered violence at the hands of Russian troops and that the images were staged.

.....

A second video depicted three more bodies which satellite images show appeared there between March 20 and 21, according to the Times, again - before Russia said they left the town.

Meanwhile, other Russian claims include that one body appears to move in a video taken from a moving car but this was later debunked by fact-checkers and proved to be a mark on the windshield in higher quality footage.

Russia's defence ministry added: 'It is of particular worry that all the bodies of the people whose images have been published by the Kiev regime are not stiffened after at least four days.'

But a forensic pathologist who has worked on war crime investigations told the BBC that after four days, the process of stiffening - known as rigor mortis - has usually subsided.

Wild claims of bodies randomly tossed about every 20 feet…some with groceries and fresh fruit still preserved. White armbands showing they were surrendering. Streets that were empty anc trafficked by hundreds of heavy vehicles before during and after Russia and then the Azov boys rolled through.

Yeah, pull my finger on believing this one.

Only one side has been reported and filmed killing civilians trying to flee or willing to cooperate with occupation forces

Ukraine.

And the US. After Mattis leveled Raqqa the bodies were left to rot.

That's clear thinking.

Not so clear is this paragraph, supposedly the main evidence of "the atrocity," which has me shaking my head:

The newspaper matched up to 11 bodies on the streets in a video shot by a local resident on April 2 with a satellite image from March 11 - when Russia was occupying the town - which suggests the bodies had been there for weeks.

For weeks? And no one did anything about them? And these satellite images -- where did they come from, and who supplied them to the New York Times? And if they were taken on March 11, how come they're just being mentioned now, conveniently matched up with a video produced by an unidentified "local resident" which may "suggest" the bodies had been there for a long time?

As usual, the "details" are very vague.

Reportedly there were food boxes Russian troops were giving to civilians, scattered among the bodies.

So...either the Russians lured the civilians out of hiding with offers of food and then gunned them down after giving them food...or...the civilians were shot by Ukrainians for being collaborators, because they were carrying the Russian food. And/or possibly for looting.

If it was the Russians, it's a bit odd they would have bound the arms. That's more how you would treat a collaborator.

I saw some of that footage and those bodies showed no sign of deterioration bloating or anything else in the decomposition process if they had been there for weeks they would have

Good point.

I am highly skeptical of anything with war in this day and age.

Hell, when the concern started that Russia would invade, photos were tweeted as current, that were from 2014!

Never mind all the photo shop so easy now!

Why weren’t the satellite photos trotted out and charges made a month ago? Why the wait?

I closely watched unedited video taken by arriving Ukrainian Troops.

Still cold and somewhat wintery there (like here in Northern Michigan), the dead bodies were indeed dead at least 7-10 days ago.

The cold temps help preserve the bodies but still day time warmth did it’s thing and decomposition occurred, then stopped at night, then continued during the day, and so on.

One civilian with a clear face view had his eyes sunken in. That’s at least 7 days or longer.

“And with all of those sparkling white cloths used to bind them? Uh huh.”

I was also wondering who no decomposition.

If true, this evidence would put the Russians in a very bad light. They won’t survive the public relations disaster that will be coming.

The globalists already cancelled Russia entirely.

“Plus it’s really really stupid to leave evidence of a major war crime lying around for that long.”

Yep, they all could fit into 3 large containers...why would Russia leave them there? Who benefits? So here we go again!

Ever hear of snipers? My son and son-in-law had to deal with them and did! Desert Storm and Op. Iraqi Freedom.

Oh, did I mention that fedeyeen snipers in Iraq used women and children as human shields while attacking our soldiers?

Some old guy was riding his bicycle and was shot dead, fell with his bike still between his legs.

Imagine walking out with a shovel.

If those satellite images are legit (and they probably are), I’m thinking some local Russian commander lost his cool when a Ukrainian irregular killed one of his men. And so the town had to be taught a lesson.

That was my initial reaction, tempered by the transition time, so it might have been done by either side.

If there is good evidence the bodies were there before the Russians retreated, it tends to put it in their camp.

As others have said, war is not pretty. Every army has things which happen, and which do not follow the rules, exactly.

The Allies did some nasty stuff during WWII, as well.

Yes, the Russians have a bad reputation for this sort of thing, as did the NAZIs. The NAZIs were more methodical, supposedly, and kept better records.
