‘As many as possible, as soon as possible’: Democrats scramble to confirm Biden’s judicial nominees before November

Voting to advance Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will be the main event when the Senate Judiciary Committee meets Monday.

But the committee will also be sending to the Senate floor several other federal judge nominees, as Democrats push to keep the judiciary confirmation machinery cranking while Jackson dominated the spotlight.

There are 108 current or expected lower court vacancies now pending, 84 of them openings for which a nominee has not yet been named.

The general time crunch is being further complicated by the procedural tactics Republicans can employ to slow a nominee’s path to confirmation, in addition to a Senate norm that Democrats for now are currently honoring that gives senators veto power over district court nominees from their state. Any delay on the White House side in sending up nominees to the Senate could further put Biden off-track.

When it’s confirmed that O’Biden and Harris are an illegitimate regime, will all of their judicial appointments be rendered null and void ?

“As many as possible, as soon as possible”.

Glanced at this and thought it was their illegal border crossing policy.

1. Slow everything down as much as possible

2. After the new Senate is sworn in in January, Biden is not to get one single judge confirmed for the next two years. NOT ONE.

This is proof that the “justice system” in the new third world Amerika is nothing more than a Constitution-hating tentacle of the Marxist RAT Party. The only laws the Feral “judges” follow are the laws in their empty Marxist RAT skulls.

Someone like Ketanji who covers for sex crimes against minors has no place in the federal judiciary.......or the USSC........and should face impeachment.

The Democrats should not be allowed to squeeze through Bidung’s awful nominees.

The Federalist’s Rachel Bovard cites a technique that has been used effectively by such legislative impresarios as Senators Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Pat Toomey (R-Penn.) to block legislation and nominations at the committee level.

Senate Rule 26 gives veto power to the minority over practically anything.

The catch?

It only works when the Senate is in a 50-50 tie, as it is right now.

The Republicans could simply refuse to provide a quorum in the committee for the Jackson vote, permanently stalling the vote and all but ending her nomination. Using Senate Rule 26, Republicans could avert a terrible catastrophe for the Court.

This demented judge needs to be impeached from the job she has and disbarred and never be practicing in a courtroom again.

But, we’ll have several Democrat RINOs supporting her. You know she’ll be confirmed. How do we know? Because Graham and McConnell came out as no votes. They would never do that to the Democrats if they thought she wouldn’t be confirmed. They’re only Republicans when it does not count.
