The Constitution now says whatever 5 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices want it to say at any point in time.
If memory serves me correctly didn’t the SCOTUS a few years back pretty much gut the voting rights act with respect to states setting their own election rules. As I recall the Progs had a fainting spell.
Well, THIS court said they didn't. And what if SCOTUS is too busy to take it up?

Some day a state governor is going to say enough is enough, quote the parts of the Constitution pertaining to the rights of states, and tell one of these imperial federal judges to pound sand.
