Seems totally standard to stand on the track in a race you are not in, so "athlete in black" was understandably angry about being pushed. It is not known if charges were filed.

A Son of Obama felt entitled to block a lane during a race to impede another team. When that didn’t work he sucker punched a (probably) white kid who was winning.

This is a clear case of a black thug attempting to prevent a white athlete from winning the race. The thug stood on the track in the white kid’s way twice before finally sucker punching him. The whole thing is an outrage, but I don’t expect anything to be done to punish the thug.
