This has to be a first. An article that mentions Rand Paul, and Freeper RandFan didn’t post it. Probably because it wasn’t complimentary.
I'd like to know his rationale for changing his vote on January 6th.

If you read the article you posted you’d know his objection centered around how the Dome would be paid for. he had no objection to the Dome per se, just on how it would be funded.
That explanation would have been helpful.
