BEFORE Putin made any move, we had 150 Personnel training the Ukraine Army. I’m sure I can find it.

We've been cycling Army and National Guard units there for training the Ukrainians for years. It actually started in the 90s under the "Partnership for Peace" program.

Question is... did they even get there. My recollection is that the training mission was barely announced before the Russians invaded.
