This will be all over the news. If we win the midterms nothing will change. All the politicians will use Trump for his endorsement and will turn there backs on Trump AGAIN after they get in office. They don’t want him in office because they can’t steal our taxpayer money using foreign aid in countries like ukraine. The hunter laptop is a model for what they all do to get millions. Trump shuts it down. If Trump wins the election in 2024 he will strip the DOJ and FBI. Rebuild and start looking into these politicians. If he wins watch the ones that “retire”.

It is not a legally created committee for what it is doing.

No judge should authorize an official, biased, witch hunt.

They could pull that tactic on any republican who has a hope of winning. Just bring them up on false charges. It doesn’t matter if there is any substance to the charges. We cannot coexist with these people anymore - that condition has arrived.

Was it a legal opinion? IF so, what are the details?

Was it a personal opinion? If so, and the judge was on the case it is a different matter.

And he knows this how?
Last time I checked, Judges review evidence of a case brought before them.
Anything else is simply opinion and thus disqualifies the Judge.

How did Trump obstruct congress?

Answer - He didn’t.

No moreso than AntiFa or BLM did all during the summer of love.

Since the "January 6th Committee" was NOT legally established its subpoenas aren't legal ones. Moreover the "Electoral Count Act" the Clinton Judge references has long been considered probably unconstitutional as it was meant to supersede the Constitution and its 12th amendment to ex post facto justify what Congress had done with the 1876 Presidential election, ie. GOP cheating at the Federal level to overcome Democratic cheating in the former Confederate states, and eventually negotiated as the GOP keeps the White House but gives back the South the power to abuse its black population for decades to come.

Eastman was on target as a well respected law professor with the best understanding of the original intent of how the system was supposed to work. His suggestions were only unprecedented because none had ever cheated enough for their remedies to be needed before. I'm glad he's appealing and still fighting.

“more likely than not”. That’s speculation on the part of the Judge, and won’t cut it in a court of law.

More likely.... Did he or didn’t he? More likely is an opinion.

Smearing someone this way is a sure way to fire up poorly (un)educated ?

KINDA LIKE: When did you stop hitting your wife?

One of the standards for which attorney/client privilege is negated... which is what this case was about.

It’s called the crime-fraud exception.

It’s all about getting Eastman’s emails. Probably another fishing expedition.
