Roman Abramovich has suffered a suspected poisoning along with Ukraine peace negotiators earlier this month, sources said.
The Chelsea FC owner was reportedly poisoned just weeks ago after a meeting in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv whilst he acted as a a 'peacemaker' in the Russian war in Ukraine, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Following the meeting in Kyiv, Abramovich as well as two senior members of the Ukrainian team developed symptoms that included red eyes, painful tearing as well as peeling skin on their faces and hands, sources told the newspaper.
Analysts at Bellingcat confirmed that three members of the delegation - including Abramovich - attending the peace talks between Ukraine and Russia on 3 March experienced 'symptoms consistent with poisoning with chemical weapons'.
Abramovich, another Russian entrepreneur and Ukrainian MP Rustem Umerov had been taking part in the negotiations, with the talks lasting until about 10 pm, investigative news site Bellingcat said.
The three members of the delegation left the talks on 3 March to an apartment in Kyiv later that night.
Whilst there, they were all suffering from eye and skin inflammation and piercing pain in their eyes until the next morning. The three men had consumed only chocolate and water in the hours before the symptoms appeared.
A fourth member of the team who also consumed the same food and water did not experience symptoms.

It makes no sense for Russia to do this. So Ukraine did it to blame it on Russia. If it is even real.
Any measure taken in support of the Great Patriotic War for the Reunification of the Motherland is a justifiable reaction to NATO aggression!

Yes. Polonium-210 poisoning was the first think I thought of.
Short half life. Nearly undetectable. By mass, it is 250 BILLION times more toxic than Hydrogen Cyanide. If someone came down with any weird symptoms after visiting the Soviet Union-er...Russia, I would find someplace that can test for that, because the very reason it is used is that it is so obscure and hard to detect.
Even if there weren’t an active war going on, if I were a political enemy of Russia and came down with symptoms, I would have a specialized facility check for that immediately.
With the Uke military about to be decimated (a good sign: Zelensky now calling for talks)one can look for more of this bizarre propaganda. Expect it.
One thing you can say about Zelensky and the other clowns/comedians he is surrounded with is that they sure know how to make up and spin a good tale!
His acting in the TV production of his presidency made him a billionaire. Now he is on another media production hoax. Look at his performances in congress and parliaments around the world. Very slick job. Give him credit — not for getting his military killed and his people decimated, but for his over-the-top storytelling.
