Kevmo, if as I suspected he wanted to go clear across to
Odessa and beyond, stiff resistance may have made that a
tough go. He may have given up on his total plan to grab
that natural gas preserve.
He has still taken a major portion of it for Russia’s
(nearly) exclusive use.
This does all hinge on the retention of that land mass.
If he pulls out and returns it to the Ukraine, it would
make my working theory null and void.
Yup, it would nullify my newest expectations as well. But he’s already staying in Crimea so my expectations are already met.
