He can and will get to single digits. He does not care. Tgey probably don’t have internal polling. Why waste the money?

Joe Biden will never get lower than 30%. Base consists of millenials who are socially liberal, African-Americans dependent on the government employees. So he gets 30% right there.
Biden was placed in office for a reason. The reason is Biden
is not there to support what most people want in this country.
He gives the majority the finger every day.
