Cammo?

I have a hard enough time finding the candy apple red one on my desk (which looks like downtown Hiroshima the day after). I need a new one. I cracked open a spare that I always like to have around, but saw I had purchased a wireless one by mistake. I hate them! They make my microwave go on.

Hey there, radu!

No wind today and it got up to 88 degrees. A bit toasty for my taste, but I didn’t mind since it wasn’t windy.

I’ll bet that wind was cutting on the mountain. Did you have fun...and are you worn out? :)

I’m NOT a Dr. NEVER played one on TV. I have, however, sustained multiple broken bones over the years (none from a “here, hold my beer”, event). Used ibuprofen for many years. Had to. Then I found Tylenol (Walmart Generic) 650mg. “Arthritis Pain Formula” to be vastly superior. Just one or two a day does away with a world of hurt. You might want to check it out.

UGH!!! It’s WAY too soon for 88 degrees! You have my sympathies!
We have two days in the 80s next week, followed by a night of rowdy weather and highs in the 60s for a few days.

Today was 64 down here but only 59 on the mountain. It felt a lot colder due to the wind, even with bright sunshine.

I had a great time and yes, I’m worn slap out tonight. LOL

Oh, that’s nothing. Tomorrow and Monday we’re due to be 91. Not ready...just not ready. :)

Yes, that wind can really make a cool day into a cold one. Glad you had fun though. It’s a “good tired”, right? :)

Oh MAN!!! 90’s already??? don’t send that up here! LOL Those 80s next week are going to be bad enough. Too early for that.

For now, we have a frost warning for tonight and I believe tomorrow night too. Not uncommon but definitely not wanted.
We’re on a pretty wild roller coaster ride over the next week.

Yes, it’s a “good tired” but it’s a sore one. LOL Too many trips upstairs with armloads of uniforms to be hung up. Got a good workout today and will probably do nothing tomorrow. :-)

I’d send them somewhere else if they’d take it, but who wants to be in the 90s this early? It will be a killer in July. Yes, your roller coaster is even worse than ours. I think we’re done with cold. One or two days next week they say we’ll have 70s, but it’s an anomaly and I will cherish them. LOL!

I hope you can take something for your pain, or you’re really gonna be stiff tomorrow. Ouch!

NO ONE wants 90s this early. Guess you’re stuck keeping them. LOL Enjoy those 70s while you can. It does sound like you have a rough summer ahead. :-(

We’re not through with cold weather yet. Snow and freezes in April aren’t all that uncommon. I hope this weekend is the end of it but I’m not holding my breath.

If I take anything at all, it will be Tylenol. I’m not one for taking pills unless absolutely necessary. I don’t hurt bad enough at this point but then I have a high tolerance for pain. The heating pad is doing well enough.

The heating pad is probably the best medicine. Maybe you won’t feel it too bad by tomorrow. I have to take ibuprofen for my chronic back pain or i’d never make it through the day. 3 first thing in the morning.

All I can say is thank goodness for AC for our summers. Otherwise, it would be intolerable.

Neck is much better, but by the end of the day it’s done! Just about any movement has it yelling, which is much better than last week when it screamed all day and evening.

The plow came yesterday and worked on the pile in the cul-de-sac. Why? I have no clue. I was hoping he would have scraped the whole street, but I found out this morning that was not the case. Still 5 mph is too fast. Have to ease into the holes and ease out of them.

I’m sorry you are having neck pain and I hope it goes away soon. Do you do chiropractors? It might help to see one for something like this, if they don’t “pop”. Mine doesn’t and occasionally when I’ve had enough of the pain, I go for a few sessions.

Yep, the heating pad has gotten me through the past 30+ years and I rarely need to take anything for the pain. On the bad days I just take it easy and hope the next day won’t be so bad. Tomorrow will be a day of taking it easy and with luck, Monday will be a better day.

I hear ya on AC. LOL Life in the south during summer is pretty unbearable without it.

Glad to hear your neck isn’t screaming day and night. That’s an improvement.

Weird that the plow guy just worked on the pile and not the whole street. Maybe wherever they dump the snow they plow has gotten pretty full so they’re just getting the big stuff for now. No telling.

What y’all need more than anything is those potholes filled. I reckon it’s still too cold for that job to be done just yet though.

I get a theraputic massage every week trying to keep me mobile, and the chiro every other week. They are in the same office and they work together to keep me moving. Things have been going really well with my knees and leg muscles (painful, but it’s working), so we’ve started some new mobility exercises...and lo and behold, they affect the upper shoulder and neck muscles. Last week I lived on ibuprofen just to get thru my work day, but it’s getting better each day...til we try something new. LOL!!

I guess we all have our means to cope with pain. Anyhow...I’m going to finish the show I’m watching and head out at a decent time tonight. Last week was a train wreck. LOL! See ya tomorrow!

I sure hope you get some relief from that neck pain soon. It’s really hurtful when you have to be on the computer so many hours. See ya tomorrow. Gotta get to bed at a decent hour tonight.

Get some good sleep tonight so you won’t be so tired at church in the morning.
Catch ya tomorrow night.
