That's the essence of the matter.
The hearings are just theater for the masses. We all know there's no way she'll be voted down, the democrats are in lock step and the republicans are terrified of being called racist. Just take the damned vote and stop the theatrics.
She'll be another Sonia Sotomayor. Intellectually embarrassing but reliably radical leftist. She's replacing another leftist so the balance of the court remains the same. We never were going to get anything other than someone like her out of Biden.
