He resigned in 2018 after he admitted to an affair with his hairdresser. His mistress accused him of physical and sexual abuse and attempted blackmail after taking compromising photos without her consent. Greitens has denied the allegations and claims the interactions were consensual. A state legislative investigation found the accusations credible.

So he didn't even deny the bizarre affair - just claims they were consensual actions.

I wish him the best in putting his life back together but a credible Senate candidate he is not and politics and the spotlight are not the way to achieve that, either.

He is dead in the water. Whether deserved or not.

Greitens is damaged goods, but I don’t want Hawley to damage his name in going after him because saying if he’s done these things he doesn’t belong in the Senate then saying he therefore needs to drop out is tantamount to saying he’s guilty without a conviction, which the left does against Trump.

Sounds like he’s a good candidate for the Supreme Court with the present national morality.

Is he innocent until proven guilty?

While possible it was consensual (and 50 Shades of Grey selling 15 million copies in the US says it is), he is unsuitable for his role and there are better choices.

The case against Greitens fell apart like week-old carp, but his estranged wife has done a follow-up throat chop calling out his wandrin’ ways.

Greitens is on Steve Bannon’s show all the time - they love him.

Personally, I can’t stand his annoying voice - but if Bannon is right, this might be an unfair Leftist attack, and Josh Hawlings is being a useful idiot fir the Left.
