(CNN)West Virginia Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin announced on Friday that he plans to vote for President Joe Biden's Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, a move that all but guarantees she will be confirmed.
In a statement outlining his decision, Manchin said, "I met with Judge Jackson and evaluated her qualifications to be a Supreme Court Justice. After meeting with her, considering her record, and closely monitoring her testimony and questioning before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week, I have determined I intend to vote for her nomination to serve on the Supreme Court."
Manchin's announcement is notable since he is a closely-watched moderate Democrat and key swing vote in the Senate. His decision to vote "yes" helps solidify the vote math for Senate Democrats to confirm the nominee.

“high tech lynching” of Justice Clarence Thomas (who was recently hospitalize so they struck out at a recovering patient so they could add more psychological attacks and damage) They have attacked Thomas’s wife (white wife and both friends of Rush Limbaugh, as Clarence Thomas presided over Rush’s marriage). Thomas’s wife called a White supremacist for her pro-Conservative views and attendance at Conservative events.
Truly EVIL bastards, and they need to answer for this. The White Supremacist shaming episode transferred the message to Joe Manchin such that he supports an IDIOT Ketanji Brown who cannot define a woman, nor cannot answer very specific legal stances she has taken as a manner of determining her TRUE judicial philosophy. She has told no one of this— but she is pro-BLM (thus pro- AntiFa allianced and violence committing murdering street thugs of BLM). She cannot explain her judicial ignoring of STATUTE that should have prevented her from ruling against a Trump re-patriation LEGAL Executive order on illegal aliens. She went ahead and made an injunction against the President (one which she had no business making and one for which the Liberal DC Appeals Court overruled— a 3 panel of liberal justices said she was WRONG judicially to have done so!).
So Manchin goes with this—he better reconsider because for sure his liberal white laborite coalminers and other will not like this one damn bit. Cause he must have been bought or threatened most likely by Schumer on Manchin’s Potomac parked yacht— “Almost Heaven”. Can’t make this up— and he is no conservative in any case.
When it comes to the culture war, West Virginia ia anti-everything that nominee stands on. Regardless to whatever else Manchin might have rightly voted for, voting for this nominee will make him toast in West Virginia.
Totally erasing the narrative that we have any “moderate” democrats. Manchin has even brought the “Build Back Better B.S” back to life.
Confirming a soft on crime justice should really boost democrat chances at the midterms!

It’s really so simple…this Supreme Court nominee is not the first black woman or man. There’s no way to actually verify any of that any more so, gender doesn’t exit. If gender cannot be identified neither can race.
So it is not an historical moment since there is no verification for claims the nominee is 1) Black 2) Woman.
