Russia has lost another of its generals in the war in Ukraine, Kyiv military sources said, as Ukraine inflicts punishing losses on Moscow's war machine.
Lieutenant General Yakov Rezantsev, 48, commander of the army's 49th combined arms division, became the fifth general to be killed after being taken out in a strike by the Ukrainian armed forces, sources in Kyiv said.
Rezantsev, who bragged on just the fourth day of the war that it would be over in a matter of hours, was apparently killed after the Ukrainian army destroyed the commanding post of the 49th Russian Army in southern Ukraine.

I thought it was up to 15 just the other day. Ukraine’s PR department apparently can’t keep their stories straight! 🤣

Russia said the encroachment of NATO was an existential threat. They believe it and they fight like it. Their generals are on the frontlines fighting.....not in some cushy behind the lines safe place.
The media makes it our to be a sign of weakness. They are warriors and this military operation, which it is, is a big deal.
I really hope the fag President of Ukraine gets to the table quickly before more innocents in his country suffer.
The Ruskies are so overrated. But don’t let your guard down. Never underestimate your enemies. Although around here some folks are sympathizers with Russia.
Snappy uniform. The Sukhomlinov Effect comes to mind.
"You've lost another General?"
Haha, another day. The sun rises. Price of gas higher than yesterday. The Daily Mail post a slobbering propaganda piece. 🙄
“Russia said the encroachment of NATO was an existential threat.”
The same NATO that made no offensive moves during three Russian invasions of foreign nations?
