It’s better to be prepared then rushing out last minute and you find limited supplied items at inflated prices.
Inflation is what is going to be reflected in the cost of the price of the food.
Farms use Deisel they also use Fertilizer. My husband delivers mail to many farmers and he has heard many stories about how high the farmers are paying for fertilizer now verses last year. It is almost doubled.
One farmer said last year he paid 700 thousand for fertilizer for his farm. This year it is 1.3 million.
That is going to reflect on the price of food people. Bigly!

Well I read all the financials and inflation and a recession is going to hit us later this year. The Fed is going to be raising the rates 1/2 point at every meeting. So they have about 6 meeting left I think this year. That’s inflation.
That is going to make everyting more expensive.
Food prices will go up. I have already stocked my freezer up. I tripled my grocery order this month because I do not want to face a shortage or higher price later this year.
