I’m not sure the article writer is correct on this. We’ve had reports on 150,000 ground troops on the border, hospital personnel ready to treat Russian troops before Russia invaded Ukraine. Yet we don’t hear reports of gasoline supplies being transported to fuel Russian cars, trucks, armored personnel carriers, or tanks. If Russia is “winning”, there should have been satellite photos of gasoline tankers moving from Russia to Ukraine. What is going on here? Both sides have lost men and military equipment. Russia has gained territory. So Russia is winning in terms of territory but I don’t see how they can continue to fuel their vehicles. If their vehicles run out of gasoline, then Russian ground troops are in big trouble.
Well Putin just agreed to opening 9 Humainitarian corriders and this would indicate he’s likely completed what he wanted to - it’s in the foreign news now the 23rd.
Now that I look back I’ve seen signs that I won’t name that our military leaders have been been concerned for much longer than a month. This country has been placed into a more guarded information status.
For Putin it’ about completed the mission and objectives he set out to do - and he’s pretty much done that. I don’t think he wanted to attack Kiev just contain it which he did...he wants a functioning city there regardless, with it’s infastructure in tact for however this goes when he pulls out.
Maruipol will be the last place he leaves and not until he’s taken over it.
In three more weeks, there will be no Ukraine.

They currently seem to have a huge deal with India to sell their oil at a 20% discount. Considering that the price of oil has more than doubled, even at a 20% discount on the doubled price tag, that is 60% more than the price just two years ago. Russia is making 60% more and we are paying over $4 at the pump, and that is only going up.
Is Ukraine invading Russia? bombing Russian cities? there’s only one criminal.
Especially since the invasion, and much of last year, a lot of posts on FR are from sites re posting from the original sites. There are a lot of posters that do not post from original sources at all.If CNN or NYT posts it, that's bad. If someone conservative posts or links to it, throws in the required attacks on the MSM that's OK. The paranoia over what is posted by who and the shoot-the-messenger and guilty-by-association is getting out of hand.

As far as what Johnson says, if he is right Russia would have won two weeks ago. Ukraine still stands and Putin is getting worried.
This is the same country that in WW2, chose to clear mine fields by having its troops run through them instead of using munitions because they had more troops than munitions.

P.s any country that has an overtly nazi paramilitary group incorporated into it’s defense force is fair game to be called a criminal regime, no matter how lily white you see the country.
Hearing several reports - Russian and DPR tanks have been removing people out of Mariupol and saw videos of such -they have given Azov fighters until tonight 23rd to surrender - They are holed up in various places in the city and it sounds like the 24th Russia Dpr are going after them and they said they will not be taking any hostages.
I suspect we’ll see some heavy bombing again in Mariupol the 24th - the final push it sounds like. ....we’ll know soon enough.
There is a reason the western press doesn’t higlight Azov military units as nazis. To do so would see less people inclined to break out the hankies for Ukraine. It is serves the ‘unblemished victimology’ rhetoric. Can you imagine for a moment that Germany integrated a paramilitary group into the Bundeswehr that sported swastikas and other Nazi party regalia and routinely attacked people of French descent. And then in turn Germany was invaded by France. It would be strange if the media failed to note the nazi personnel in the Bundeswehr and their nefarious deeds and bring it to the court of public opinion. Support for Germany being pure as the driven snow would decrease if it was highlighted. And many would be, (to use an an american expression) would start ‘rooting’ for France.
While the Russian army is being bogged down in Ukraine—Now is the time for Poland to Attack and drive on Moscow! The Russian people are sick of war and love the west. They will greet the Poles as Liberators. They wouldn’t dare use Nukes just as Hitler didn’t use Poison Gas in WW II—even at the end. Russia is finished. Ukraine has shown us the way. One quick war, six weeks and Russia is done and occupied. Then we can show the the way of True Civilization, true freedom, like we have here in America.

They are punishing ordinary Russians. Now, they are going after China and discussing India next. It seems insane.
