After telling his friend that Ukrainian forces “tore apart” a column of Russian forces sent along with his own unit, he described complete disarray among the Russian military, with 50 percent of the unit suffering from frostbite on their feet.
Two Russian soldiers have been caught venting about Putin’s “bulls***” war against Ukraine in an intercepted phone call as devastating losses reportedly led one soldier to drive over his colonel with a tank.
“Basically, it’s a s***show here, I’ll put it that way,” an unnamed soldier near Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine can be heard telling a colleague in a recording released by Ukraine’s Security Service late Tuesday.

“Do you know what he told us? ‘It’s no secret to anyone that there are only a few hours until this special operation is over.’ And now those hours are still going.”
He said soldiers are complaining about having Kevlar vests that lack the hard-armor panel, but they are ignored.
“‘Comrade General, damn it, I have this situation,’” he recalled troops telling their leader. “And he just says, ‘Son, be strong,’ and then he f*** off. It’s such trash here… our own plane dropped a bomb on us,” he said.
“They couldn’t even send off the 200s here,” he said, using a Russian military term for dead bodies. “They rode with us for five days.”
“Even in Chechnya, there was nothing like this,” he said, describing the situation as a “madhouse.”
“This ‘special operation,’ damnit… with respect to homes not meant to be destroyed… it’s bulls***.”

The Russians have been there for a month, plenty of time for personnel hygiene to slip and Trench foot to develop. Its wet with night time temperatures still hovering around the freezing mark in most of the Northern areas
“Frostbite when the temp is actually 63 degrees. Cool.”
Now it is. A few weeks ago it wasn’t. Also, trench foot or immersion foot can be pretty nasty, as well. Perhaps some of the “frostbite” cases are actually trench or immersion foot.
I think we can all agree that the "suffering" of Russian civilians is not in the same category as the death, displacement, devastation and suffering the Ukrainian civilians are experiencing. Entire cities destroyed, thousands of civilians dead, millions of refugees. A few orders of magnitude difference.
According to sources, Russian soldiers were reportedly heard complaining of horrendous death and destruction, the stench of death his everywhere, one soldier was heard to say “there has never been a war so lost, Putin is a big loser” , many transgender Russian soldiers were complaining of not getting cat food rations for their pet cats. Many young Russian soldiers were considering suicide after being banned from Facebook
It’s now apparent Russia’s CCC is thoroughly compromised.
NATO knows every word, every plan.
And they share it directly with Ukraine.
I’m thinking more like trench foot. No idea how good their military foot gear is, but that could be it.
That's nothing, about half of the Russian troops felt so guilty about their White privilege that they resigned and pledged allegiance to BLM.
Isn’t this just normal soldier talk?
What?!
What civilians on the Russian side are suffering?!
Are their houses in Moscow being destroyed by Ukrainian rockets or artillery shells?!
Are their cars in St. Petersburg being crushed by Ukrainian tanks?!
Regards,
The story is being touted as current.
I guess we’ll find out in a few months after the propaganda dissipates. I just find it hard to believe that the Russian Army couldn’t deal with this. Though one failing they do have is a lack of professional NCOs who would be the usual cadre to know about and handle such issues.
Though this excerpt is interesting:
“Having waited for the right moment, during battle, he ran over the commander with a tank as he stood next to him, injuring both his legs. Now Col. Medvedev is in a hospital in Belarus, waiting for monetary compensation for combat wounds received during the ‘special military operation to protect the Donbass.’ Colonel Medvedev was awarded the Order of Courage,” he wrote.
So a Colonel who was injured a few days ago was awarded a medal is awaiting his financial compensation? Russian bureaucracy is that fast? This all stinks. I thinks its all made up.
So many Tokyo Roses out there on both sides!
All I know is I’m “seeing” Ukraine slowly demolished.
So the CIA has moved to fake recordings, eh? Color me surprised.
Not.
Hey CIA, DOD, Biden et. Al.:
Nobody believes you anymore. You torched yourselves too often. We see through your bs.
“Sorry, your Propaganda-fu has no power here. Begone!”
“Frostbite’? You can’t be serious, since the Russians basically live in a gigantic Frigidaire freezer and never even notice the cold...”
I agree. The temps are in mid 30’s and that is warm by many standards for Russians. But, if they do not have enough cold weather gear to stay warm they have bigger problems than a few soldiers getting pissed and yaking it up on an open line.
“the temp is actually 63 degrees”
You ever consider that the frostbite might not have occurred on the warmest day that it’s been in a month? Funny that balmy vacation spot Ukraine is still forecasted to get 4 inches of snow at the beginning of April...
statue of limitations for some sounds about right .. imho
