Maybe a lot of today’s ‘leaders’ are the result of ‘grading on the curve’???
I condemn child pornography and those who support and promote it.
Seems a bit to much.
Did they have any other charges against him.
I can’t imagine a guy that would buy a child sex doll that didn’t have child porn as well.
That is not surprising to me.
Our judicial system is based on court precedence and therefore is based on court decisions that many of which were made in error or under the influence of political ideology.
No judicial system is perfect but the system of judicial precedence is a system of compounding errors. Or at least can be.
Occasionally, a bad decision is reversed, but it is rare. Usually only if the reversal is not terribly controversial.
Note the Roe vs. Wade has not been reversed in 50 years and is a decision based on emanations and penumbras.

Apparently possession of child sex dolls is illegal as is sale and distribution.
I don’t follow such things and was unaware.
I am still surprised that they haven’t found Child Porn in his possession.
I bet that he has it somewhere well hidden. A thumb drive can be smaller than your pinky nail these days.
