Preemptive pardons are allowed under the Constitution, Trump could have pardoned them all anytime between January 7 and January 20.
You've stumbled upon the REAL reason for the 2nd impeachment. If Trump pardoned anybody who the Swamp did not approve it would have voted to convict and therefore he could not run again.
I say kudos to this guy. I knew from day one this was a Nanzi staged Reichstag fire event. When you have a 'Democracy' that has a fake election it now a fake Democracy and a genuine dictatorship.
