Spring has arrived in Ukraine, the Russians aren’t going to risk putting their armor on the handfull of paved roads to push on to Kyiv.
What’s their rationale to lie? The DIA has had people focusing on post Cold War Russian military for30 years. The intel pre invasion was almost spot on. And if none of this is true why haven’t the Russians put this to bed yet.
