Russia has given Ukraine until the early hours of March 21 to surrender the besieged city of Mariupol, according to a Russian state news agency.
Russian Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defence Control Centre, has given his counterparts until 5am Moscow time (2am GMT) to respond to his ultimatum, RIA reports.
According to the state controlled media outlet, "the Ministry of Defence wants to receive a written response from Kyiv to these proposals before 5am.

Thanks for presenting a fair assessment of the situation in Ukraine. I also think that Putin will probably “win”, but the price will be high, and Ukraine won’t be any closer to Valhalla.

And unlike Russia, the United States has never used a military exercise as cover for mobilizing an invasion. Russia has done that in Georgia, twice in Ukraine, Chechnya, Hungary in 1956, and probably a few more times I’m not aware of.

You should read up on Azov. For one, they follow the Nazis' racial purity beliefs in that Ukrainians are true Slavs while Russians are mongrelized subhumans. Second, they've embraced the Navy philosophy of Lebensraum or "living space" as far as the Donbas is concerned. They're not going to give up the Donbas but they don't want the Russians living there either. They've been engaged in ethnic cleansing in the region for the past eight years.
In Mariupol they've prevented civilians from leaving and shot those they've caught trying to flee. They've executed people by crucufiction and burning alive, all of which there's video of.
I hope every last one of these Azov Nazis are annihilated in Mariupol.

We oppose Russia because most of us here are (1) not insane, (2) are Reagan Conservatives who think correctly--our brains work right, unlike yours, and thus can't fall for Russian propaganda because we still remember what Russia is, and also recognize that Russia is part of the evil axis that also includes China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, etc.
You, on the other hand, are something new and alien that has been growing like an infestation, secretly at first and now everywhere.

You Putinists have been demanding we read up on Azov from day one to justify the annihilation of Ukraine, but I've posted photos of Russian "Separatist" Leaders dressed in Swastikas and, weirdly, also saluting photos of Joseph Stalin, basically operating as the face of the Russian invasion in Ukraine.
Why should we label Ukraine--a country with a Jewish President, where this Azov battalian (which, by the way, at this point even has Jewish volunteers and received funding from the Jewish community) only represents maybe 1% of the population-- a Nazi country, but not Russia which has sent in weird Nazi/Stalinist hybrids to operate the "separatist" regions of Ukraine?

Yes, China will have a problem with Taiwan, and if we stand off, China would eventually win a conventional war with Taiwan. Their issue is that a conventional war with Taiwan would coat the sea bottom with airplanes and ships due to the massive amount of anti-air and anti-ship missiles the Taiwanese have stocked.
The military is what keeps Xi in power, and if there are enough losses, the Uighurs and other groups who look for a chance might try the civil war option.
China has a history of going up in flames every few hundred years and history is just starting to rhyme again for them.

Again, you don’t know your history at all...go read up on the Eastern front of WW2 for a few years and maybe refrain from commenting on the current situation until you have done so. Von Manstein’s memoir Lost Victories is a good place for a beginner like you to start with. You are dismissed and have earned a D-.
