Nothing in the laws say you cannot make your own firearm. The AR 15 has no individual component that qualifies as a firearm but they classify the lower a firearm. Breaking their own rules. All 80% manufactures have to have a letter of authorization from the ATF to manufacture and sell partially manufactured firearms receivers. Seems like this is an ATF problem that congress needs to cure. After all congress is the ones who are supposed to create the laws. This is nothing other than a huge circle jerk.
Where do LEFT wing extremists get their guns? How come no one is curious about that???/S
For those of us with functional brains, would it be too much for the MSM to cite exactly HOW F***ING MANY ghost guns are at issue here? Because everyone on this forum knows that what they're talking about are individually crafted, one off guns that take at least some skill to make work, and consequently cannot be mass produced. By definition, that "problem" is limited.
I know! Maybe there is something special about the way they are manufactured. I'm sure that individuals, laboring in their poorly lit basements and garages, are capable of turning out AR 15 replicas with 100,000 times the lethality of a regular AR 15. I'll bet these ghost guns can obliterate a charging bull elephant with one shot, vaporizing them into a quivering, floating mass of individual, bloody cells.
Just when you think you can't hate the MSM any more . . . .
Criminals and right wing extremists. 🙄
The article ought to say “...criminals and other left-wing extremists”.
This story makes no sense. If you are buying a ghost gun you don't need a straw man. But I guess they didn't need to explain that part.
Notice they dropped the possession charge on the fully-automatic assault milling machine.
When did firearms manufacturers start being required to put serial numbers on the guns they make and sell?
long ago, but it is fully legal to make a gun with no sn for personal use.
