The “clock” didn’t move when biden gave our sworn enemies 85 billion dollars worth of military munitions. Not a word out of the media when biden moved to allow iran to get a nuclear bomb. Nary a peep when sleepy joe showed his weakness to the Russians.
Saying that nuclear war is more likely with Biden in the White House is not the same thing as saying that Biden is more to blame for the war than Putin.

I wouldn’t be shocked at all to see a tactical nuke launched against a city in Ukraine. It has been part of the Russian doctrine for decades.
I think we see a nuke before we see chemical weapons. I am not hoping for either, but it is a pragmatic escalation from where we are today.

Also a fact is that if there's just enough notice - certainly less than the what, two weeks that Joe was saying Vlad was gonna invade - in less than that time, we, the US, have military assets that can just fly into any airport in the world in airliners and secure a landing spot for reinforcements, which would have been right behind them coming from Germany and Poland. They (82nd Airborne, specifically) would bring their heavy stuff in cargo planes and would only jump if necessary, in this case not.
Certainly Trump would have moved in this way and said "Better not do it Vlad." This is where Trump's experience in dealing with certain family types in the construction world would have been most valuable, compared to Biden's juvenile stories about CornPop.
Too late now though, the war is on.
And frankly right after Vlad it would be all Biden's and his handlers' fault, going back to the craven, ignominious surrender in Afghanistan.
While I agree in concept, the problem is: do you want this bunch of grifters, thieves, and retards to install a new government in Russia? What exactly would THAT look like?

As a conservative you have trouble grasping the concept of change. Russia has experienced twice the theft of the revolution by the bad guys. The third time can be the charm
NATO would HAVE to respond though, wouldn’t they? I don’t think they would go strategic either. This kind of escalation would be a “tit for tat” and I hope NATO has a selection of options on the books and ready to go.
I think at least, the origin of the launch would need to be neutralized. We could do that with cruise missiles.
The world wide condemnation would be something to behold. But I don’t think Putin would care. At that point, he has to know that...and decide to do it anyway.
