This can be fixed only by legislation. When the agency statutes were enacted, the enacters were thinking of conventional pollution, not global warming; but Democrat courts ignore legislative history and the plain text of statutes to advance their party’s agenda.

So the misguided (imo) judge's decision is an unconstitutional expansion of the already unconstitutionally big, post-17th Amendment ratification federal government's powers imo.
