Just look up Spetsnaz on wiki and various military sites that deal in unit descriptions. There are various military Russian sites that give those details. Its not a secret.
As for training manuals - maybe you are fluent in idiomatic military Russian, else they’d do you little good. You’s probably have to send off in your best Russian for them - If they even exist.
