I’m old school. If you always aid and support my enemies, you are my enemy.
I'll bet most of the electronics, clothes, shoes, and assorted doo dads around your house are chinese. You are your own worst enemy.
We are the communists now. Nobody was allowed to criticize the USSR back then. Democrats and media were in love with them. That’s why what Reagan said was revolutionary.
So you think the US is an “anyone”? Did you pass 3rd grade English? FAIL!
DESPERATELY trying to defend your boy. How can you be taken seriously.
Who is my boy?
Ukrainian brides too….
Seems even the Russians don't want a strong and sovereign Russia, or they wouldn't abort themselves out of existence.
“Putin claimed that the conflict had merely been a pretext for the West to impose sanctions because ‘they just don’t want a strong and sovereign Russia’.”
Ain’t gonna be no “stong and sovereign Russia” until Putin and all his cronies are pushing up the daisies, or locked up.
It is the Western governments/Big Tech reign of terror you should be concerned about....if you don’t believe me just post anything opposed to the “official narrative” on any topic on social media and watch what happens next.
A purer statement of truth you'll never see.
I don’t think the West played its cards wisely. They shouldn’t have fired all their ammo at once. They should have imposed some sanctions, threatened to impose more and offered to negotiate. They could always use the threat of more sanctions as leverage.
Also, the outright Russophobic hysteria is not going to look good once the hysteria passes. Telling Russian citizens they must denounce their country or lose their jobs? Cancelling musicians and artists? (even including ones who were against Putin). Seizing the property of Russians not because they are even alleged much less charged with any wrongdoing, but simply because they are Russian? Cancelling Dostoyevsky and Tchaikovsky? Revelling in the fact that individual Russians were cut off from their finances? Having even drug/medical companies pull out of Russia so that individual Russians cannot get the medication they need?
These actions are hateful, bigoted, lawless and grotesque.
They also destroy trust in the West. Why, if you were a wealthy foreigner or a central bank for that matter, would you ever trust the West with your money again? I wouldn’t if I were in their place. They’ve just demonstrated that law and due process and private property rights mean nothing to them.
Good post.
China is watching carefully.
They have learned that is critical to decouple their currency and economy from the West.
They will get it done—and then they will invade Taiwan.
Yes, but Russia and China is something else. Add in India, Iran, various southeast Asian, Arab, African, and Latin American states -- and now you're talking about a significant economic bloc.
The world is tired of being bullied by American globo-homo. Lots of people would like to see the American Empire fall, including many Europeans, Canadians, and even Americans.
And these chumps are swallowing it to the gills.
This, and the attack on the Canadian truckers is all you need to know.
If these others on here can't see it, I'll never be able to explain it to them.
The spectacle of a draft-dodging liar like R-Money [Romney] accusing a lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserves of "treason" for rejecting The Approved Narrative on Ukraine is beyond the pale.
Just because you can’t be concerned about more than one thing at a time, don’t think others have that same limitation. I have been certified to be concerned about multiple things.
A wood chipper is a great place for those crazy Globalists
And....he’s right once again.
Me, I’m OK with the US jettisoning “Team America, World Police” mode and globalism. We’re 20 trillion (?) in debt, have hordes invading through our non-existent southern border, our military has become a woke joke, and our US government is at least 50% corrupt.
Leave the rest of the world the he!! alone until that is all fixed.
Completely agree. That would have been the proper way to deal with it. More innovation and more productive economic activity (in the US), not less.
