Forget Covid. I’m still recovering from the lockdown. Nothing in my life has been so damaging to my overall fitness and health.
The lockdowns have done far more damage to my health than multiple exposures to covid - with no infection due to 100% natural immunity - have done. I'm now cutting back on salt and alcohol. I've also returned to the gym for high intensity weight training. I've always heard bulk up, then cut down. We'll see...
